This was my first purchase & your brand came recommended by a relative. Enjoying the flavor, it doesn’t have that extreme bitter taste like some others. I ordered 4 bags & 3 came solid as a brick not sure what happened to the 4th bag but it was loose

Delicious coffee always a nice creamy head and just the right taste.
The best tasting espresso that I like to drink everyday for the last 12-13 years.
