We offer Free UPS Ground Shipping for orders that total $69 or more after any coupons or discounts are applied, when delivered within the contiguous United States (AK/HI deliveries do not qualify for free shipping).

We work very hard to process and ship every order fast! All products are stocked here at our NJ warehouse, and most orders ship within 1 business day or less. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00PM EST ship the following Tuesday.

Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, UPS stores, international addresses, hotels, motels or other places of temporary occupation; a valid U.S. street address must be provided.

Return Policy

At Miscela d'Oro USA our goal is your complete satisfaction with our products and service. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase you can return it within 30-days (unopened, as-new condition in the original manufacturer’s packaging) for a full refund of the item price paid less any shipping charges.

In order to receive your refund, please complete the following steps:

Contact us at 718-834-8724 or email eshop@misceladorousa.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, otherwise the package may not be accepted.
Carefully package the product(s) for safe transit including a copy of your invoice or packing slip and a note indicating the reason for your return and ship to the address below via an insured carrier (such as UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service). Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
