GranFrutta products are ready to use for most applications upon opening. If you wish to use this product as a croissant filling using a pump dispenser, we recommend the following procedure:
Add 70g (2.47 oz) of cane sugar syrup to one container of GranFrutta and mix with an immersion blender for approximately 60 seconds, which will thin and smooth the fruit puree making it more suitable for dispensing. This operation is especially recommended for the Mango Alphonso, Mixed Berries and Peach GranFrutta flavors.
Once opened, all GranFrutta flavors have a shelf life of approximately 30 days at room temperature, or 90 days in the refrigerator.
